Application Process
Applications are accepted between September 15th and April 1st each year. Winners are announced by June 1st and scholarships are distributed to recipients by August 1st.
Eligibility
Only students who will be actively enrolled at an educational institution of the respective Chapters for the semester following award of the scholarship are eligible.**
This scholarship is not designed specifically for music majors. Students of any academic major may apply.
Selection for this scholarship is both service-based and merit-based; Mu Beta Psi shall not discriminate based upon the financial status of any applicant.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to music as an art and as an educational subject.
**Brothers of Mu Beta Psi are not eligible.
